A Passion for Artisanal Baking

Founded in 2012 by Australian pastry chef Emma Clarke after years of training in France, Butter & Bloom began as a small corner bakery in Brisbane with a focus on traditional techniques and local ingredients.

What started as a passion project quickly gained recognition for exceptional quality and innovative flavors, growing into one of Brisbane's most beloved bakeries.
